We are seeking a Wealth Advisor to assist in our mission of helping those we serve achieve their financial goals while finding joy in the journey.WHO WE ARE: Mitlin Financial Inc, a growing wealth management firm, is looking for an experienced Advisor to play a key role in the future success of our fast-growing organization.ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Wealth Advisor, you will provide education to the families we serve about the purpose and details of financial products, services, and strategies. You will be equipped with cutting-edge technology, including AI, to help you work smarter and serve families more effectively.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide education to the families we serve about the purpose and details of financial products, services, and strategies.Utilize cutting-edge technology, including AI, to help you work smarter and serve families more effectively.Promote established investment models, strategies suitable for our targeted clients, and planning services.Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies.Utilize access to a top-notch tech stack to provide exceptional service.Review investment products currently held in clients’ accounts and reallocate to the appropriate model to help clients meet their financial objectives.Collaborative working environment with stakeholders, including compliance.Participate in firm meetings, training sessions, and events with the families we serve.Maintain all continuing education requirements of a wealth advisor, plus required training elements.Participate in community outreach, networking, and marketing activities to drive new business opportunities.Leverage centers of influence to extend the referral network.Build and maintain relationships with the families you serve while also cultivating new relationships.REQUIREMENTS:A genuine commitment to helping people, with a focus on human-centric planning that prioritizes their needs, values, and goals.Demonstrate exceptional active listening skills while providing education to those you serve as well as prospective new families.A friendly, solutions-focused attitude with a passion for serving others at a high level.Eagerness to leverage technology and innovation.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Desire to collaborate with external stakeholders such as Estate Planning Attorneys, Accountants, and other professionals.Track record of successful business development.Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.Understanding of financial planning software such as MoneyGuide and Holistiplan.Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.7 to 12 years of investment advisory experience.Bachelor's degree or higher.Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or other PENSATION:Base Salary, incentive compensation, benefits package including health care benefits with vision and dental options as well as a 401(k) with matching, the potential for career growth, and a great working environment.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
