Market Director of Performance Excellence | Oregon & Washington | LHH Recruitment SolutionsWe’re seeking a dynamic Producing Director with a strong sales orientation to lead and grow a high-performing team of 4 recruiters and 3 sales executives in our Downtown Seattle office (4th & University). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the staffing industry and is passionate about driving results through strategy, mentorship, and direct client engagement.What You’ll DoLead by example as a producing leader—actively engaging in sales while managing team performance.Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and deepen client relationships.Coach and mentor recruiters and sales executives to exceed individual and team goals.Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and revenue targets to ensure consistent growth.Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with broader business objectives.What We’re Looking ForStaffing industry experience is required—you understand the pace, the people, and the process.Recent experience managing a team with a proven ability to inspire and develop talent.A track record of sales success, including strategic planning and execution.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Excited to be onsite at least 3 days per week in our Seattle office (4th & University).Experience working with Salesforce and Bullhorn is highly preferred.Why Join Us?Be part of a growing, people-first organization with a strong reputation in the staffing industry.Lead a talented team in a vibrant Seattle petitive compensation, performance incentives, and leadership development opportunities.As one of the world’s largest employers we believe in talent, not labels, and focus on the diverse and unique skills our people bring.
