**Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Location:** Streetsboro, OH **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Pay:** $17-$20/hour **About the Role:** We're looking for a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our shop, warehouses, and exterior grounds clean, organized, and safe. This hands-on role includes daily upkeep, seasonal tasks, and support for general maintenance needs. **Daily Responsibilities:** + Stock bathrooms each morning + Sweep warehouse floors + Empty trash bins multiple times daily + Clean up litter around the property + Organize skids and crates + Empty cardboard bins throughout the shop **Seasonal Responsibilities:** + Clean mop drains + Replace lightbulbs as needed + Landscaping: mow, weed eat, trim bushes, remove clutter + Snow prep: salt property during snowfall + Assist with maintenance projects and other departments + Perform additional maintenance tasks as needed **General Requirements:** + Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team + Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds + Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods + Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor conditions **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
