This role involves providing top-notch customer support to customers by responding to inquiries, addressing account issues, and delivering solutions with a customer-first approach. This role will be a full time contract and fully onsite.What You'll DoServe as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product and account informationAssist customers with account inquiries, funding, and general account maintenanceProcess customer transactions accurately using designated applicationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, policies, and technologies to assist customers effectivelyCommunicate in a warm, empathetic, and professional mannerAdhere to confidentiality and data protection requirementsHandle conflict resolution and provide solutions to customer concernsNavigate multiple systems and research solutions to address customer needsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll NeedRequired:Proven experience in customer serviceBilingual proficiency in Spanish and EnglishStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to simplify complex information for customer understandingProblem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issuesAbility to maintain composure in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in navigating multiple applications and toolsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorThe pay for this position is $22.04 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
