The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of key clients within the medical strategy and communications practice, as well as powering new business development. This role involves partnering with client leaders to achieve strategic revenue targets, leading and supporting RFPs, and engaging in consultative selling to secure revenue growth. The VP will also be involved in business transformation initiatives and must be adept at horizon scanning for market and competitor trends, as well as developing new offerings and capabilities. Candidates for this senior role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in client leadership, marketing, and medical strategy and communications, with a proven track record in the biopharmaceutical industry. Essential skills include the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate in a matrix environment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires a high level of energy, confidence, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
