This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service quality.*Responsibilities** Install HVAC Controls* Delegate Tasks to Other Controls Mechanics to their Ability* Balance Multiple Jobs* Complete Troubleshooting Skills on Scope of Work Provided by Mountain Air Mechanical* Make Decisions Using own Judgement* Order Materials as Needed* Ensure a Safe Working Environment* Desire to Continually Learn to Keep up to Date with Technology*Secondary Responsibilities** Complete and Submit RFIs as Needed* Assist Other Departments as Needed*Requirements** Proven 5 + years of experience as an HVAC technician or similar role with supervisory experience preferred.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.* Required to read prints, gauges and meters* Understanding of wiring, HVAC controls and ACR piping* Able to stand long periods, to lift 100 lbs., climb ladders, crawl in tight places and the ability to work outdoors.* Drivers license is requiredIf you are ready to lead a dynamic team in the HVAC industry and make a significant impact, we invite you to apply today at Mountain Air Mechanical!Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* Day shiftWork Location: In person
