Regional Director of Sales, MultiPro Property Solutions Join to apply for the Regional Director of Sales, MultiPro Property Solutions role at Valet Living. Overview We’re looking for a Regional Director of Sales to lead and grow our sales efforts within a designated region. You will oversee a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), driving their performance to achieve revenue goals, while promoting the MultiPro brand and fostering strong client relationships. What You’ll Do Lead & Motivate Sales Team: Guide, mentor, and support a team of 10+ BDRs to exceed sales targets and drive regional growth. Drive Revenue Growth: Identify strategic opportunities for new business and expansion within existing accounts, ensuring strong service margins and client satisfaction. Recruit & Develop Talent: Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales talent, fostering a high-performing, motivated sales team. Sales Strategy Execution: Lead your team in executing MultiPros go-to-market sales strategy for services, including make-ready, repair & maintenance, and property improvement projects. Sales Operations Management: Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage team activity, ensuring all sales efforts align with company objectives. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with executive-level clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and driving contract renewals and upsell opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of new business, maintaining high client satisfaction. Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry challenges, adapting strategies to ensure continuous growth. Performance Analysis: Provide leadership with data-driven performance insights, forecasting sales outcomes, and driving strategic decisions. Industry Representation: Represent MultiPro at industry events, including NAA, CAA, and local trade shows, to build brand presence and foster partnerships. What We’re Looking For Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, coaching and motivating a sales team to exceed targets. Industry Expertise: 10+ years in B2B outside sales, with significant experience in the services or multifamily housing industry preferred. Proven Sales Success: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives, including experience selling business-to-business services. CRM Proficiency: Experience managing a sales pipeline with Salesforce CRM, driving team activity and results. Client-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of client organizations. Analytical Skills: Ability to use performance data to drive decisions and continuously improve sales strategies. Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and driving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM; ability to quickly learn new software platforms. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000* Target Bonus: 25% of annual salary, paid quarterly based on regional performance Work Environment: Hybrid (Remote work with up to 70% travel within your region) Location: US Remote. Ideal candidates will be located in CA, CO, OR, AZ, NV, TX, GA, or FL due to team proximity.
