Make your move.Responsibilities & RequirementsGeneral Manager responsibilities – The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager sets goals with leadership and creates a plan to achieve them.To meet goals, the General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching to improve their Departments. The General Manager may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team is in place for the future.Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
