The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance leader with a strong background in budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling, particularly in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include maintaining the company's data cube, integrating data from various sources, and developing insightful reports and KPIs to support strategic decision-making. The VP, Finance will also be involved in ensuring compliance with budget controls, creating new reporting processes, and leading the reconfiguration of current processes and controls. A key aspect of the role is to interface with executives, support organic and inorganic growth, and lead the evaluation and implementation of revenue recognition software. Applicants for the VP, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for a CPA or MBA. A minimum of 10 years' of relevant work experience, including 5-7 years' of direct finance experience, is required. The role demands excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven track record of driving financial efficiencies and scale.
