Job Description - Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager - Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport WaterfrontWe are looking for a Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Waterfront. Our hotel offers views of the bay along a waterfront trail, just five minutes from San Francisco Airport.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Minimum 7+ years in food and beverage operations, including hands-on management of independent restaurants, country clubs, hotels and banquet departments.Proven ability to develop, manage, and optimize operational budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.Labor Control & Scheduling Expertise: Skilled in labor forecasting, scheduling, and controlling labor costs while maintaining high service novative Leadership: Demonstrated creativity in modernizing and improving restaurant and banquet operations to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.Track record of successfully managing multiple locations or outlets simultaneously, driving consistent performance and brand standards.Strong knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and compliance regulations.Ability to recruit, train, and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture.Experience using operational metrics and analytics to inform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.Schedule: Varied, must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
