We have good systems and collect lots of information, but we need someone who can turn that into useful insights and help us work more efficiently. This role combines process improvement and basic reporting with solid HR support for our anti-poverty programs and community initiatives.What This Role Is AboutYou'll be our efficiency expert and HR partner. About 40% of your time will be spent improving how we use information - building helpful reports, identifying process improvements, and introducing practices that help leadership make better decisions. The remaining 60% involves hands-on HR support to our Family Development programs and other grant-funded initiatives, ensuring strong operations while building organizational effectiveness.This is improvement work.
