Growing together.Our OB/GYNs deliver comprehensive obstetric care and emergent gynecological services, focusing on women's health throughout their adult life. This includes the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions specific to the female anatomy, such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Our specialists also guide and support women throughout their pregnancy in the hospital setting.Position HighlightsProvide hospital-based obstetric and emergent gynecological care.Participate in regional OBGYN team rotations, performing hospital-based duties.Round on inpatient obstetric patients, manage scheduled labor inductions, and perform planned C-sections.Admit and manage labor for patients assigned to the regional Kelsey provider group.Work 24-hour shifts, with an expectation of 7 shifts per month, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required QualificationsGraduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency or fellowship program upon hireLicensed in the State of TexasBoard Certified or Board EligibleMust have completed residency and practicing or be in residency when applyingCompensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 - $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
