OverviewSTGi is seeking qualified candidates to work in Washington, DC and potential locations nationwide as a Neurologist.LocationWashington, District of ColumbiaJob TypeFull-Time/RegularResponsibilitiesDiagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and disorders of the nervous system.Perform a variety of diagnostic measures to diagnose, treat and manage diseases and disorders of the nervous system.Provide consultant opinions on medical clearance for employees with neurological medical conditions who work in arduous and/or hazardous federal jobs;Consider employees/' ability to safely and efficiently perform their duties;Determine case-by-case basis using medical history, results from a general physical examination, and additional medical information provided;Testify in court or at a deposition to support prior medical decisions on whether an employee is medically safe to perform their job duties.QualificationsRequires a degree in medicine from a medical or osteopathic school accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (MD) or the American Osteopathic Association Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (DO).Board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Neurology; licensed physician.Two years of clinical practice experience specializing in neurology.About STGiSTGi is a workforce solutions company providing comprehensive healthcare delivery, Head Start and management consulting services and human capital solutions to help clients sustain and enhance their operations.BenefitsSTGi offers a competitive benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match and a generous PTO policy.STG International, Inc. is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
