It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Title: Consultant Relations Principal - RemoteResponsibilitiesNetwork, establish and maintain trusted, strategic partnerships with key customers, including C-suite, to broaden Prime’s market penetration and strengthen Prime’s reputation within the health care communityPartner with leadership and internal stakeholders to construct and execute a comprehensive consultant Go-to-Market pipeline and long-term sales strategy, including the development and delivery of the Prime Value storyDevelop and execute structured consultant engagement plans, including quarterly meetings, advisory board participation, topical webinars, and distribution of educational materialsLeverage analytics to create and execute strategic plans tailored to a prospect’s marketplace and business issuesServe as a subject matter bridge, connecting external consultants to Prime’s internal experts and solutionsPartner with Blues plan account teams to enhance local market consultant strategies and support Blues plan business development effortsGather consultant and Blues plan feedback to identify market trends and inform Prime’s product development and positioning strategiesOther duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED is required8 years of related sales and account management experience in healthcare, PBM/specialty pharmacy, health care consulting, health plan or health insurance industryMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsEffective leadership skillsEffective interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsStrong facilitation, presentation, and external relationship management skills, with the ability to translate external insights into internal strategic actions; skilled at managing meetings and listening with the ability to interpret information into concise actions that drive resultsAbility to inspire and lead cross-functional teams to meet business objectives with outstanding resultsAbility to develop, execute and attain long-term goals via strong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to build, lead, develop and motivate a high performing team that may or may not report directly to this roleAbility to build strong relationships and lead virtual teams within Prime to achieve business objectivesPreferred QualificationsMBA or other related advanced degreeExperience with the benefits underwriting processExperience working with Blues plans and consultant engagement strategiesExperience interacting with pharmacy benefits consultants, employee benefits brokerage firms, or national consulting practicesPhysical DemandsAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.Potential pay for this position ranges from $124,000.00 - $211,000.00 based on experience and skills.To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our Benefits Page and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail.Prime Therapeutics LLC is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
