Kadlec Family Medicine Residency in Richland, WA, is seeking a full-time, board-certified Family Medicine physician for a faculty position. As a faculty member, you will shape future physicians' careers, impact patient care positively, and contribute to community health and well-being. KFMR, operated by Kadlec Regional Medical Center and affiliated with Providence Health and Services, opened in 2015 and offers a state-of-the-art facility for residents to learn alongside faculty and medical assistants. It is part of the UW School of Medicine WWAMI Network, providing substantial resources to faculty and residents. Our mission is to prepare physicians to be leaders in comprehensive, compassionate family medicine and to improve regional primary care access. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary ranges from $222,757 to $308,426 Compensation may include productivity or quality incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, and CME benefits Full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule, including protected time for administrative and non-clinical duties A balanced weekly schedule of clinical practice, teaching, supervision, educational activities, and administrative tasks Incorporation of lifestyle medicine curriculum and osteopathic recognition to enhance educational standards Participation in didactic sessions, including lectures, case discussions, and hands-on training Collaboration with faculty to improve the residency program's educational quality Providing care and educational experiences to a diverse patient population with cultural competency Engagement in professional development to stay current in family medicine Participation in the interview process to support program growth Our program promotes an inclusive and welcoming environment As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Where You'll Work Kadlec Clinic is a growing network of primary and specialty care providers in the Tri-Cities area, collaborating with Kadlec Regional Medical Center, the area's most advanced hospital.
