Attendance is expected and fully supported.We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Product Manager to join Coinbase’s Security Platform Engineering and drive Coinbase to achieve its mission of being the most trusted crypto platform. You will play a crucial role in tackling the most challenging problems in crypto custody and security: secrets management, risk management, insider threat, account take over, regulatory compliance, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Operations, to deliver solutions that push the boundaries and lead the industry in crypto security technology, creating measurable impacts in the security and user experience of our customers. Our security platforms are industry-leading and have resulted in multiple patents due to their cutting-edge technology.Job Duties:Define and build out Coinbase’s Security platform strategy that serves our businesses globallyOwn security platform products from conception to launch, ensuring desired impacts are achievedStay up-to-date with onchain and security technologies and creatively bring innovation to security platformsCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, operations, compliance, others, to develop and steer product roadmapWork closely with client teams and customers to raise business requirementsDefine and analyze metrics to guide product developmentAlign teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that visionJob Requirements:6+ years of product management experienceExceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skillsDeep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability in working with a high degree of technical complexity across a broad product portfolioPrevious experience working in software product management in platform productsDemonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase missionAn entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environmentAptitude for learning and ability to quickly ramp up in complicated domainsNice to Haves:Previous experience with security, privacy and compliance productsPrevious experience in the crypto industryThe ideal candidate will be comfortable working with international counterparts and stakeholders across various time zones. This role requires flexibility in scheduling to ensure timely collaboration, support, and communication with counterparts in EMEA. Candidates should be prepared to adjust their working hours as necessary to accommodate global meetings, project deadlines, and critical business needs, while maintaining a high standard of performance.
