You will direct teams responsible for business development, client and partner satisfaction, and loyalty, while effectively managing resources, credit administration, compliance, profitability, and loan quality.A Typical DayProvide strategic leadership and vision by championing Compeer’s mission, values, and enterprise priorities while setting clear expectations, goals, and strategies for Agri-Access and Leasing.Drive sales execution and growth by evolving sales strategies, motivating and influencing teams to achieve ambitious sales and financial targets, and positioning Compeer as a trusted partner in critical markets.Lead as an enterprise partner by modeling a enterprise mindset, fostering collaboration across business units, and building alignment with senior leaders and stakeholders.Develop and inspire high-performing teams through selection, coaching, and mentoring, creating a culture of accountability, adaptability, and professional municate with excellence by effectively conveying ideas, direction, and expectations across all levels of the organization and to external partners.Build connections and relationships that expand opportunities for growth, strengthen market presence, and deepen trust with clients, partners, and Farm Credit peers.Champion client focus by ensuring a deep understanding of client needs, prioritizing satisfaction, and embedding relationship management into every aspect of the business.Promote operational excellence by collaborating with leadership to improve efficiency, optimize resources, and enhance the impact of sales programs.Ensure disciplined risk management by monitoring credit exposure, maintaining compliance, and supporting sound lending practices.Adapt to market dynamics by staying ahead of agricultural and financial trends, remaining resilient under pressure, and innovating solutions that anticipate evolving client needs.Represent Compeer externally in management forums, Board meetings, and key industry engagements, ensuring transparency, influence, and enterprise alignment.The Skills And Experience We Prefer You HaveBachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, agribusiness, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Extensive experience in sales and business development with a proven track record of growth and client relationship success.Progressive leadership and management experience within financial services, ideally including agriculture, leasing, or related industries.Strong knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements, with agricultural finance and Farm Credit experience preferred.Advanced expertise in financial operations, credit, lending, and leasing.Strategic thinker with the ability to set vision, innovate, and execute enterprise-wide strategies.Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and engaging high-performing and geographically dispersed teams.Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.High level of integrity, sound judgment, and ability to make complex decisions in fast-paced environments.Strong problem-solving, negotiating, organizational, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.Valid driver’s peer Financial is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
