OverviewMarket Vice President of Oncology Services (Market VP Oncology) role at CHI. This position leads Oncology Services within the Texas markets through strategic planning, operational oversight, and collaboration with executive sponsors and support services to grow volume, improve service, increase revenue, and control costs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and explore opportunities to expand or improve current Oncology services and align team and organizational goals.Serve as a key liaison and strategic leader in managing the health system’s relationship with an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, fostering collaboration and aligning clinical and research initiatives.Define and analyze workflows and processes to improve efficiency and increase patient, physician, and staff satisfaction.Routinely communicate the organization’s mission, vision, and goals with team members and encourage ownership and engagement in performance.Demonstrate timely and effective communication in daily interactions with team members and others.Proactively improve service quality by focusing on the mission and core values of CommonSpirit Health.Job RequirementsMaster’s or Postgraduate degreeMinimum 5 years in responsible hospital operations at the administrative leadership levelPay$96.59 - $135.23 per hourWhere You'll WorkCommonSpirit Health is a nonprofit, Catholic health system dedicated to advancing health for all people.
