With over 3,800 employees and over 30 global manufacturing brands, AGI is a leading provider of equipment and technology solutions for agricultural commodities including seed, fertilizer, grain and feed systems and an expanding platform for food processing facilities.The OpportunityThe US Grain Storage Solutions Sales Director will lead our U.S. business sales strategy and growth initiatives in grain handling, storage, and related solutions. This role is responsible for driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring sales growth across the region. The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and farm business acumen.ResponsibilitiesAligns regional sales objectives with AGI’s business strategy through active participation in sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgetingIdentify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics to drive sustainable growthLead sales and business development efforts to expand market shareEnsure the region meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectivesManage performance through KPIs; ensure sales activity meets objectives for sales channels and is accountable to meeting sales goalsPartner with pricing & programs, engineering, supply chain, and service teamsDevelop and direct the GSS Sales team and Dealer sales planEnd User and Dealer development and growth for AGI Farm productsAchieve sales goals by product and region as set out in the annual budgetDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the business unitFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focusProvide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for direct reportsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or engineering with credentials in sales management and agriculture equipment products or equivalent experience10+ years' progressive experience in agriculture sales leadershipProven track record of business development & sales leadershipStrong understanding of U.S. grain and storage markets, including regulatory and safety requirementsExperience working with varying sales channels including direct and/or dealer distribution networksValid Driver’s License requiredAbility to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 30% of the timeBenefitsAnnual bonus planPaid Time OffMedicalDentalVisionLife and AD&DShort Term DisabilityLong Term DisabilityVoluntary LifeEmployee Assistance ProgramSpending Accounts401k with matchEmployee Stock Purchase Plan with matchEqual OpportunityAGI is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
