Youll integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients manage conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance use, and eating disorders.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and/or family therapy using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based interventionsTreat a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disordersCollaborate with clients (and families when appropriate) to create and follow treatment plansDeliver culturally competent, client-centered careConduct health and behavior assessments when clinically indicatedMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and billingQualificationsActive, unrestricted Virginia license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFTMasters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health fieldExperience providing therapy to diverse populations across the lifespanPhysical DemandsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsOccasional lifting/carrying of items up to 40 lbsNormal or corrected vision and hearing requiredReasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities
