As their project portfolio continues to expand, theyre looking to add a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale builds.Key Responsibilities:Lead on-site construction efforts to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetOversee day-to-day operations including subcontractor coordination, project scheduling, and quality controlFoster a strong culture of safety and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory standardsCollaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate schedules, budgets, and project timelinesSuccessfully manage complex commercial and industrial projects valued at $25 million and aboveBuild and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless executionQualifications:Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects ($20M+) in the commercial or industrial sectorStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance on active job sitesIn-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and the ability to enforce standards consistentlyBachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
