By streamlining operations, Vista DME empowers wound care providers to improve patient outcomes, maximize clinic efficiency, and reduce administrative burdens. Our mission is to deliver a seamless experience for both patients and providers, improving outcomes and streamlining care delivery. Position SummaryVista DME is seeking a driven and well-connected 1099 Independent Sales Representative with extensive experience in the wound care space. This individual will be responsible for promoting Vista DMEs wound care products and ordering platform to clinics, mobile wound teams, podiatrists, and physicians treating chronic wounds.This is a commission-only role, best suited for medical sales professionals with an established network of wound care and a proven ability to open doors with decision-makers. Reps must also understand CMS guidelines for DME wound care documentation and be comfortable with DME A-coded products to ensure providers are educated on compliance and billing requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote Vista DMEs advanced wound care dressings and online ordering platform to wound care providers, mobile teams, and clinics.Educate providers on platform features, including:oProduct Knowledge- Primary Dressings, Secondary Dressing, Collagen, etc.oPre-claim review & chart note verificationoInsurance billing workflowsoReal-time order tracking and compliance safeguardsGuide providers on proper CMS documentation requirements and DME HCPCS codes for wound care supplies to reduce denials and improve reimbursement.Establish, grow, and maintain relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other wound care decision-makers.Partner with Vista DMEs onboarding team to ensure smooth clinic setup and successful adoption.Provide ongoing account support, addressing product, documentation, and process-related questions.Ensure all provider interactions follow HIPAA, CMS, and DMEPOS regulatory standards.Qualifications2+ years of sales experience in wound care, DME, or medical sales.Established network within wound care clinics, mobile wound providers, podiatrists, or vascular specialists (preferred).Working knowledge of:oCMS guidelines for DME wound care documentationoHCPCS product knowledge for wound care supplies and dressingsoMedicare and commercial payer requirementsFamiliarity with advanced wound care dressings and DME insurance workflows.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Must provide own transportation and equipment (e.g., phone, laptop, internet).Compensation & SupportCommission-only structure with uncapped earning potential.Full access to marketing materials, product training, and sales support.Flexible schedule with autonomy over territory management and provider targeting.
