The Project Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including project estimation, bid/quote generation, submittal documentation, customer communication and project management and oversight. The role requires strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between clients, team members, and suppliers, ensuring project requirements and deadlines are met.QualificationsProficiency in Project Estimation and Construction EstimatingStrong Communication skillsCuriosity and Strong Drive to LearnAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaborate with market team lead and sales personnel to develop budgets and timelinesUtilize quotation and project management softwareRelevant experience in the pump and boiler industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plusAbility to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN
