They will administer professional facials including Hydrafacials and OxyGeneo treatments, non-invasive chemical peels, exfoliation treatments, hydradermabrasion, microdermabrasion and laser treatments (if certified). The aesthetician will provide other spa service recommendations, as well as assist in development and growth of spa sales.What youll doCollaborate closely with the team to deliver an exceptional Guest experience and maintain high Member satisfaction.Offer friendly and professional consultations, performing a skin analysis and obtaining appropriate photography before and after treatmentsEducate patients to choose treatment plans with recommended services and products unique to the Members skincare needsProvide high-quality treatments that address skincare needs with facials, extractions, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and dermapeelsSuggest additional service regimens to help clients achieve their long-term goals regarding personal careMaintain competence in performing laser treatment, acne treatment, fat reduction, body contouring and laser hair removalProvide pre and post treatment instructions including followup calls and answering questions as neededLearn new services and product lines introduced into the spa and effectively integrate them into the Member experienceMaintain a timely schedule to treat Members both effectively and efficientlyProvide accurate documentation for each Member and with each sessionConduct transaction closing with appropriate billing and reschedulingBuild a practice to develop and maintain Member retention by creating a business plan with the Spa Manager to increase injectable and med spa services including use of social media, marketing campaigns and eventsEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws and health codesRemain knowledgeable about various med spa services, laser and skincareKeep abreast of trends in the spa and wellness industry, including new treatments, products, and customer preferencesOversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facility, ensuring it is well-maintained and meets the highest standards.Ensure that the spa complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and providing a safe environment for both clients and staff.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendorsMeet or exceed productivity goals individually and as a group, while serving the Member at the highest level by collaborating with the Spa Manager on weekly/monthly/quarterly goalsAttend staff meeting and trainings as scheduledCollaborate with the Spa Manager to maintain inventory of supplies and products to avoid shortagesPerforms other duties and tasks as neededWhat were looking forMaster aesthetician with legal and current certification in the state of Washington requiredAbility to maintain certification and remain in good standing during employment requiredIdeally two to three years experience as an aesthetician requiredKnowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices, products and trendsDeep knowledge of the skinExcellent facial massage and skin extraction techniquesComfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic needs, techniques and treatmentplansPrevious aesthetic sales experienceBrand enthusiast participating in social media, social events to develop and grow our brand and development of the Med SpaOpenness to grow and learn additional skills in the beauty, health, and wellness spaceDemonstrated self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative Ability to be adaptive and flexible, embracing change while remaining highly organizedImpeccable time and self-management skillsAnalytics and problem-solving skills; Highly collaborative and flexibleRelationship oriented, exceptional interpersonal skills with a team mindset for successAbility to lift at least 30 poundsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeUnderstands exposure to blood and bodily fluids, Utilizing proper PPEUse of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skillsAbility to work evenings and SaturdaysIndividual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including an evaluation of candidates skills, experience, and market demands.Salary is just one component of the total package.
