As our team and industry continue to expand, were seeking talented professionals committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others through better hearing.Role SummaryIn this role, youll conduct hearing evaluations, fit and dispense hearing aids, provide ongoing care, and support patients throughout their hearing journey. Youll help connect patients with solutions tailored to their lifestyle, supporting our mission of enhancing lives through accessible, personalized hearing healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive hearing evaluations: visual ear exams, tone tests, speech audiometry, and generate audiogramsRecommend appropriate hearing aid styles and technologies based on patient history, lifestyle, and communication goalsPresent a range of hearing aid options from basic to AI-powered Bluetooth-enabled devices with wellness trackingPerform live or demo fittings when possible and manage 60-day trial periodsProvide ongoing care, including cleanings, adjustments, in-house repairs, and manufacturer coordination when neededMaintain detailed, accurate patient records and documentation of fittings, counseling, and follow-upsTravel between clinics across Northern Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin to serve patients closer to homeStay current with hearing aid technologies, best practices, and industry developmentsQualificationsActive Minnesota or Wisconsin Hearing Instrument Specialist license OR Audiology degree (required)Strong interpersonal and communication skills; patient-centered approachWillingness to travel to satellite clinics and rural communitiesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and organizedBenefitsCompetitive commission-based pay structure (Averages between $100k - $200k+) Professional development and continuing education supportLicensing and credentialing fee coverageTravel Reimbursement
