Your role will involve creating schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities & Duties:Develop project schedules and timelines, and ensure adherence to deadlinesMonitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completionCoordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and support project executionCommunicate project status updates and escalate issues as neededAssist in the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, budgets, and reportsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project risks and issuesConduct post-project reviews to assess lessons learned and identify areas for improvementProvide support to project managers and team members as neededQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferredProven experience in project coordination, administration, or construction support rolesInterior Design experience is a plusBasic bookkeeping knowledge preferred; experience with Sage is a plusStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools or CRMsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitudeOther:All offers of employment are contingent upon a drug panel and a background checkValid US Driver's License and insured automobile is requiredYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelinesWe are not working with external recruiters or search firms for this position - please do not reach out.
