The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation. Daily tasks include evaluating project scope, preparing detailed budgets, managing cost information, and communicating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.QualificationsCost Management and Budgeting skills5 years' experience in Construction Estimating and Project EstimationStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in metal construction is preferred
