MRI Technologist Permanent PositionLocation: Brattleboro, VTSchedule: ThursdaySunday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (32 hours/week)Shift Type: DaysPosition Overview:HumanEdge Health is seeking a permanent MRI Technologist to join a leading healthcare facility. Under the direction of the Director of Radiology and the Medical Director, the MRI Technologist will independently perform MRI procedures at a technical level under limited supervision. This role requires independent judgment, initiative, and a strong understanding of MRI safety protocols.The Department of Radiology provides comprehensive diagnostic services, including radiology, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, CT, interventional radiography, MRI, bone density, and mammography. Services are offered 24/7 to inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients of all ages.Responsibilities:Perform MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standardsApply independent judgment and critical thinking during examsCollaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient careAssist with departmental quality control, quality assurance monitoring, and patient/staff educationQualifications:Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology RequiredPrevious MRI experience in a hospital setting RequiredARRT Registry RequiredMRI Registry RequiredCPR Certification RequiredVenipuncture Certification Required (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)At least 2 recent supervisory references RequiredHumanEdge
