Come and experience your future/! **The Work** This position is for a Systems Engineering Associate Manager supporting the Combat Systems Integration and Test organization at RMS, Moorestown/. This manager will provide leadership and functional management for approximately 25 engineers supporting Production Combat Systems Qualification Test Programs/. This manager will provide expertise to perform the planning, installation, integration, grooming, formal testing, and system sell/-off of hardware assets for production test programs/. The manager will also be responsible for the following: - Collaboration with Ship Integration & Test leadership to deliver shipboard test program procedures and other test documentation - Collaboration with development programs to facilitate a comprehensive system test program in shared production and development environments - Technical oversight of system test programs with a focus on supporting DX initiatives and the development of automated test methods and tools/. - Promotion of Agile/-based principles and practices as they apply to Systems Integration & Test/. - Developing and maintaining a strong rapport with our customer organizations, program offices, and program leadership - Supporting the program technical leadership and functional management on cost, schedule and technical performance/. - Assignment of work tasks, providing performance ap praisals, career planning, and training development required for direct reports - Conduct staffing and manpower planning to support current and anticipated projects, including interviewing and hiring personnel as required/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits/. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York /(excluding most major metropolitan areas/), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 /- $184,115/. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location/. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only/.
