The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of dermatology practice acquisitions, from initial outreach to successful closure. This role involves fostering strategic relationships with prospective board-certified dermatologist owners, coordinating acquisition plans with senior leadership, and overseeing due diligence processes. The Vice President of Corporate Development will also be instrumental in setting up operations for success, identifying cultural and process gaps, and aligning systems to benefit the integrated practices. A key aspect of the position is to provide exceptional customer service, make data-driven decisions, and ensure the company's values are cultivated across all levels of the organization.
