Superintendent Day to DayOversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Manage Material Deliveries, both barge deliveries and truck deliveries Understand and implement day to day construction operations in marine environments (floating equipment) Safely coordinate the movement of barges and tugs on a jobsite Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports Facilitate Tool Box Talks, as necessary Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, government representatives, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Plan, track and report daily production quantities and maintain construction logs Responsible for the onsite inventory of construction materials Track and Prepare various documents about production, schedule, quality, and cost Track costs and compile-time and material work records Assist with contractor surveying and coordinate with subcontractor surveyors Ensure construction complies with specifications (Quality Control) Learn the fundamentals of GPS aided earthmoving software, to aid in optimizing project performance Comply and promote safety policies and procedures Code daily labor and file productivity BenefitsPTOSick timeHealth, Dental, MedicalFlexible work hoursGood compensationEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
