Outpatient Physician Opportunity Vermont (Family / Internal Medicine) We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a supportive outpatient clinic in Vermont starting Fall 2025 . Role Highlights: Provide outpatient care for adult and pediatric patients Manage an average daily patient load of 14 Participate in 1:11 on-call rotation to support after-hours patient care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered environment Complete administrative tasks including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed base salary: $230,000 + up to $20,000 in quality bonuses Student loan repayment programs with matching funds up to $10,000/year Negotiable sign-on bonus to support your transition Health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, CME allowance, HSA/FSA, and disability coverage PSLF qualified employer Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine DEA license & BLS certification Vermont state license (must be obtained prior to start) Clean malpractice history Available to start by Fall 2025 Local candidates only (within 1-hour commute) Not open to dual employment
