Now Hiring: Pharmacist Outpatient Location: North Memorial Health Maple Grove Clinic | Maple Grove, MN Schedule: Day Shift | Rotating Hours (8:00 AM 4:00 PM, 10:30 AM 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM 2:00 PM) | 32-hour guarantee | Every 4th Weekend Assignment Duration: 13 weeks | Start Date: Oct 20, 2025 North Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Outpatient Pharmacist to join the Maple Grove Clinic team. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge, outpatient/retail experience, and EPIC Willow proficiency to provide patient-focused care in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical pharmacy functions, including patient monitoring and consultation. Review medication orders for dosing, interactions, frequency, and allergies. Oversee dispensing of medications and IV solutions by pharmacy technicians. Conduct kinetic drug dosing and medication reconciliation. Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure safe, effective patient care. Support organizational goals through assigned pharmacy duties. Requirements Experience: Outpatient Pharmacy or Retail Pharmacy experience Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree Required Licensure: Licensed by MN State Board of Pharmacy Required Technical Skills: Recent EPIC Willow experience Required Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of outpatient pharmacy workflows. Ability to manage a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
