Position Highlights: Academic Appointment: Faculty position with opportunities to teach residents, fellows, and medical students. High-Acuity Practice: Tampa General Hospital delivers 7,000+ patients annually, with Level 4 maternity care and Level 3 NICU. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Base: $325,000 base salary for 14 shifts/month (12- or 24-hour shifts). Extra Earning Potential: Additional shifts paid at median hourly rate; quarterly true-ups.
