Job Description Lead and manage large-scale electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6), budgets, forecasts, and manpower planning Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and change orders Coordinate with owners, engineers, GCs, and design teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges Manage financial reporting, cash flow, and ensure profitability targets are met Ensure compliance with all safety standards, permits, and regulatory requirements Support bidding, estimating, and business development efforts for major pursuits Whats on Offer Competitive base salary: $125K$187K Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and jury duty Tuition reimbursement and leadership training programs Opportunities to lead some of the largest and most technically complex projects in the industry Qualifications BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field (7+ years experience; 5+ with MS) Extensive project management experience on large-scale electrical projects ($100M+) Strong multi-discipline knowledge: power, fire alarm, communications, security, AV, instrumentation Proven leadership in directing cross-functional project teams Skilled in Primavera P6, Procore, and other construction management tools Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing abilities
