eCommerce Growth Strategist (Naperville)

Were seeking a motivated E-Commerce Growth Specialist to scale sales across Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. This role will drive growth in direct-to-consumer channels, optimize customer experience, and execute strategies that deliver measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the Shopify site for conversions, CX, and sales growth Oversee and scale Amazon Seller Central operations (listings, advertising, account health) Develop and execute DTC growth strategies, including affiliate/ambassador marketing Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights Partner with marketing to drive traffic, SEO, and paid ad success Qualifications: Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central (required) Strong background in DTC e-commerce, affiliate/ambassador, and digital marketing Data-driven with expertise in KPIs, ROI analysis, and campaign optimization Familiarity with supplements, nutrition, or CPG (preferred) Hands-on experience in SEO (organic & paid) and Amazon ads a plus Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
