Bon Secours General Cardiology NP Position - Ghent/Norfolk VABon Secours Cardiology in the Ghent section of Norfolk, VA is adding a General Cardiology NP to their team!The practice team requires Cardiology practice experience of 1 to 3+ years. The practice location is in Norfolk/Ghent at 930 W. 21st Street, Norfolk, 23517. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekend call is once per month for 4 hours, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Maryview Medical Center, Portsmouth. The APC will take call coverage one night per week.The NP will be seeing scheduled patients, supervising coumadin clinic, ordering tests, refilling prescriptions, triaging calls, monitoring blood pressure, and working with LPN to supervise stress testing.Supporting Physicians and working with the practice manager and clinical staff to maintain continuity of care for patients.Must have experience using/providing EKG, treadmill.Practice support provided by 2 CMAs, 2 LPN.Mentorship available.Practice providers are 2 MD and 1 PA.Eligible candidates will have completed their MSN-NP training and have NP Board Certification, authorized to work anywhere in the U.S.Great support and work/life balance, CME allowance, robust benefit package including medical/dental/vision/Rx/FSA/life insurance/403b with company matching %, company-paid short and long-term disability, VA license, DEA, liability and tail coverage.Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance/reimbursement provided (taxable benefit).Competitive base salary plus wRVU productivity bonus, quality initiative attainment bonus.32 days of ATO annually, $3,000 annual CME allowance.Send your current CV with training and employment history to the in-house Physician Recruiter for review and consideration today!
