Travel Pharmacy Tech - $1,402 per week in Columbia, MO

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Inpatient Pharmacy Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Mid shifts available Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with at least 1 year in the specialty License: Must have licensure in hand at the time of submittal Certifications: CPI Blue Card required for all Behavioral Health certifications Must-Have: - Two references from a charge nurse or above are required - 50% of holidays and weekends on contract are required - Floating to various areas is mandatory Description: Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Shift dates and times vary based on pharmacy needs. Weekend shifts are typically required every other weekend. Holidays may also be part of the contract requirements. Current needs focus primarily on daytime sterile compounding, including hazardous and chemotherapy preparations. The position includes training in additional areas of the inpatient pharmacy, such as cabinet filling. Travelers will be expected to float to any area as a Patient Observer as required. All tasks must be performed in compliance with safety protocols and organizational policies.
