A team where everyone makes play happen.ResponsibilitiesFunctional expert in media buying and user acquisitionWork with UA Leadership to execute on and lead UA performance for EA Mobile’s top titlesLead team ideas and innovation through ambiguous industry changes, i.e. privacy, measurementNurture advertising partner relationships to strengthen EA’s standing within the partner’s development roadmapAlways want to improve the growth marketing ecosystem with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testingTake ownership of the entire user experience for top flight mobile games while juggling projects and campaigns across multiple titles/apps and partnersRequirements4+ years of experience in mobile media buying / user acquisition / performance marketingExperience building user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV)Curiosity and experience always looking for, proposing, testing new advertising channels, partners and formatsExperience inspiring team members at any level to achieve at an levelBA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent Quantitative fieldExperience building relationships with third-party media partners with an emphasis on paid social platforms like FB/IG, TikTok, SnapchatExperience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investmentPassion/knowledge for video gamesAlways want to improve the growth marketing ecosystem with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testingKnowledge of Excel, SQL and Microsoft office / google applicationsWorking knowledge and familiarity with coding languages like Python or HTMLComfortable managing multi million dollar budgetsAbout EA & BenefitsCompensation and benefits are location-dependent. Pay ranges are provided below and may be adjusted by recruiter based on experience and location. Benefits may include paid time off, healthcare, retirement plans, and potential bonuses/equity.Pay RangesBritish Columbia (e.g., Vancouver vs. Victoria): $130,800 - $183,000 CADCalifornia (e.g., Los Angeles vs. San Francisco): $150,100 - $228,000 USDWashington (e.g., Seattle vs. Spokane): $141,300 - $192,000 USDIn the US, benefits may include paid time off, sick time, holidays, parental leave, insurance, and 401(k). In British Columbia, benefits include vacation, sick time, top-up benefits, extended health/dental/vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and retirement plan.
