For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.The OpportunityIn This Role You WillLeading PMO governance, approvals, and project tracking to support the large-scale expansion of hyperscale data center construction throughout the AMER regionCoordinate design, construction, and commercial functions during the pre-construction/DD process, ensuring governance and alignment through peer/onward reviews and business case approvalsCollaborate with Corporate Development and local business units to define needs, manage the project pipeline, and track deliverablesSchedule and manage project activities and deliverables, including business case creationOrganize communication across stakeholders (design, construction, commercial, consulting/contracting partners, asset management, real estate, legal)Coordinate and track GDC investor deliverables for the large scale programSupport AMER construction managers with monthly reports and KPIsAssist project execution during high-volume or complex phasesWork alongside design, construction, and commercial managers to optimize projects and train teams in efficient approval processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across lessons learned, KPIs, software implementation, and internal team trainingReport progress, challenges, and key initiatives to senior leadershipOperate cross-functionally within a matrixed, global environmentWe Would Love To Hear From You If YouHave 7+ years of professional experience in construction project management, program management, or real estate development'Must have' direct experience in construction and data center projectsHold a bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, business, finance, or a related fieldHave a strong commercial mindset and excellent business acumenAre skilled at managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholdersAre highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsTake full ownership and accountability, with a strong sense of urgencyAre proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and/or PrimaveraAre able and willing to travel within the Americas as needed (remote with some travel)Locations preferences include; Chicago, Dallas, DC/Ashburn, Toronto,NY/NJ; open for discussion for the right highly qualified candidate suitable for this exciting new large scale Data Center programAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.About UsLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
