Executive Director/Administrator – Big Rapids

Overview Baruch Senior Ministries, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to be our Executive Director / Administrator at Evergreen Terrace Assisted Living in Big Rapids, MI. Evergreen Terrace offers supportive care and specialized care in a home-like environment with a range of care covering minimal assistance to care for the frail elderly. Responsibilities Manage overall facility operations and lead by example in customer service, employee relations, and quality assurance while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Select, hire, supervise, and develop qualified personnel to lead all major departments and ensure continuity and quality of services. Participate in sales and marketing activities and develop/implement an annual business plan that achieves financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies. Support a faith-based mission that provides high-quality care and respects residents/' dignity and independence. Provide training and contribute to a competitive benefits package. Qualifications Passion for the mission of caring for people as they age. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 3–5 years of experience in assisted living or long-term care facilities, or a combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Excellent computer skills, proficient in Word, Outlook, and other software used by Baruch. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
