That’s where you come in.We are seeking a Director of Sales, Digital Games to shape and drive Wizards’ digital video game sales strategy. This role will focus on maximizing revenue across console, PC, mobile, and emerging platforms by securing and managing high-value partnerships with platform holders, distributors, and digital storefronts.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute digital sales strategies across console, PC, mobile, and emerging platforms.Build and manage high-value partnerships with platform holders, digital distributors, and other key sales channels (e.g., Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Steam, Epic).Drive sales forecasting, reporting, and revenue management with precision and accountability.Represent sales as a core stakeholder in cross-functional planning, ensuring sales insights inform franchise, publishing, and launch strategies.Establish digital sales best practices, including lifecycle management across multiple content types.Mentor and grow team members, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and passion for games.What You’ll Bring8+ years of proven sales experience in the video game industry, with a strong focus on digital distribution.Track record of negotiating and managing deals with major platforms and digital storefronts.Experience developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Ability to build strong external and internal partnerships and influence at senior dustry KnowledgeDeep understanding of global digital video game distribution and lifecycle management best practices.Awareness of platform requirements, business models, and evolving industry trends.Genuine passion for gaming and the communities that surround it.Business & Financial AcumenSkilled in sales forecasting, budget management, and contributing to P&L discussions.Ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities that expand reach and revenue.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align sales with publishing, marketing, and development priorities.Key Skills & QualitiesExceptional communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Relationship-driven leader with resilience and adaptability.We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action EmployerWizards of the Coast is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
