Our network of health centers spans four New York City boroughs.Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a floater, providing support and oversight across all MCHC health center locations. This dynamic role includes travel between sites and is vital in ensuring clinical excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency.The RN will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), manage clinical inventory and vaccine protocols, contribute to infection control and emergency preparedness programs, and support quality improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support LPNs to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and perform treatments.Travel to each MCHC site monthly (or as needed) to assess and ensure regulatory compliance.Develop and deliver training for clinical staff on procedures and compliance standards.Manage and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies and equipment.Oversee proper storage and administration of vaccines in line with state and federal regulations.Participate in the Infection Control and Emergency Management Committees.Assist with internal audits, documentation, and quality assurance initiatives.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical performance and patient outcomes.Report directly to the Chief Quality Officer with regular updates and reports.Perform other related duties as assigned.This is a floater position.
