Join us!CFO TechnologyAccordion’s CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally — alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion — to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the team’s business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond, CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single, objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.This role must be based in our Dallas office location and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.What You’ll Do:As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects — translating client requirements into scalable solutions and ensuring successful delivery across design, configuration, deployment, and support. This role blends hands-on configuration work with strategic consulting, client relationship management, and internal mentorship.Key responsibilities include:Leading discovery, requirement gathering, and solution design workshops with clientsConfiguring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools to meet unique business needsActing as Product Owner on assigned projects, managing backlogs and aligning feature delivery with business goalsLeading or participating in Salesforce implementations, including data migration and system integrationCreating comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, user guides, and training materialsParticipating in pre-sales efforts such as solution scoping, demos, and estimatingMentoring junior consultants and providing guidance on best practices and career developmentResponsible for prioritization, maintenance and refinement of product backlog and update the backlog based on feedback, changes in priorities, and new insightsCollaborating across cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and analystsMaintaining client relationships by providing ongoing support, insights, and proactive communicationContributing to process improvement efforts and internal capability building within the Salesforce practiceYou Have:A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldActive Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud Consultant)At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or solution architecture with a proven track record of successful enterprise implementationsExpertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation, data modeling, and integrations using declarative toolsExperience with Agile project management, including backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planningStrong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skillsYou Are:A strong communicator who can clearly articulate technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholdersA client-focused professional with a proactive and solutions-driven mindsetA self-starter capable of independently managing priorities and deadlinesA team-oriented collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environmentsMeticulous in attention to detail and dedicated to delivering high-quality, error-free workPassionate about learning, growing, and sharing knowledge with othersComfortable acting in multiple roles (Business Analyst, QA, Implementation Consultant, or Architect) as neededThe annual salary for this role ranges from: $99,000 to $135,000 USD + benefits + bonus. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.Accordion is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
