Lead Structural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead our Structural Engineering department. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic team and drive innovative solutions across a variety of projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Structural Engineering department to ensure high standards in design and project execution.Oversee planning, analysis, and design of structural systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.Mentor and provide professional development opportunities for the engineering team.Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.Participate in business development activities and client engagement.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.Stay current with advancements in structural engineering and drive innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or related field).Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); SE license preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.Strong technical expertise in structural analysis and design.Excellent leadership and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
