This is a high-impact role for a licensed engineer who’s ready to take ownership of technical excellence, grow a Boise-based team, and collaborate across disciplines within a dynamic and integrated design firm. As the senior-most Civil Engineering professional in our Boise office, you’ll be shaping project delivery, guiding junior staff, and collaborating closely with our architecture, MEP, and structural teams.Lead civil design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use projectsServe as the technical lead on civil designsOversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documentsMentor and supervise structural EITs and junior engineersCoordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project deliveryContribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standardsRequirements:Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, or another civil-related degreePE license required (Idaho or ability to obtain quickly)10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong design portfolioProficiency in civil design software, primarily Civil-3DExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsCommitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfactionWhat We Offer:We are targeting a base salary of $110,000 to $140,000, but this is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area.Medical insurance, including an HSA optionVision insuranceEmployer-paid life insuranceSTD & LTDA minimum of 15 days PTO, and higher for more experienced employees401k match of 4%One full day of paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) annuallyRoth 401K optionAnnual company ski day and summer picnicFlexible hoursIn many cases, our roles can be worked in a hybrid capacityMonthly employee celebrations (with free lunch!)The opportunity to touch every aspect of a project, from beginning to endFree snacksWeekly volleyball league in the Summer and bowling in the WinterCompany-owned bar in the parking lot of the Denver officeRelaxed dress codeEntrepreneurial mindset – If you have an idea, we want you to pursue it!Our Hiring Process:EVstudio prides itself on being efficient in its hiring process.
