The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or estimating, preferably within the landscaping or civil industry. This role involves estimating medium to large residential and commercial projects, managing client relationships, and promoting our services to commercial clients year-round.Our sales performers have historically generated additional income through commissions, with amounts varying from $30,000 to $90,000 on top of the base pay of $80,000.00. Commissions depend on skill and sales expertise level.Qualifications3+ years in sales or estimating5+ years in sales or construction management or equivalent experienceProficient with PCs and software; CRM experience preferredKnowledge of landscaping and construction materials is a plusResponsibilitiesDevelop business strategies to expand customer base and increase profitabilityAchieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfactionHandle customer issues and complaintsConduct initial consultations and site assessmentsPrepare and present proposals professionallyManage customer interactions from start to finishOversee project installations and maintain strong customer relationsAssist with snow and ice management operations as neededRequirementsValid Driver's LicenseWillingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekendsFlexibility in scheduling to meet project demandsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $80,000 per yearCommission-based bonuses - historical yearly commissions - varies $30,000 - $90,000Paid time off after a year employmentCompany truck including work related fuelPotential performance and annual bonusesJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed during the summer or to make sales goalsRelocation:Must relocate to Anchorage, AK before starting workLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
