Total Cleaning has been providing premier commercial cleaning services throughout Florida since 1989.Job Skills / RequirementsWe are looking for a dedicated, client-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional quality Project Manager to lead a team of Subcontractors and Cleaning Specialists crews for our Post-Construction Division in an assigned territory this role, you will plan, organize, direct, monitor, supervise, and control your assigned area team and projects to achieve cost and profit objectives. You will be responsible for effectively managing your team and each individual post-construction cleaning project to guarantee that all the work is performed according to contract specifications.The ideal candidate will deliver results by being process-oriented, focusing on continuous improvement and safety, paying attention to details, and taking responsibility for leading and motivating their team.Major Responsibilities:Continuously analyze the results of construction operations and take immediate corrective action when performance deviates from standard.Continuously evaluate procedures, methods, and materials for purposes of improving performance and reducing costs of operation.Provide the best possible experience to our clients.Provide constructive feedback to our subcontractors and team members.Obtain signoffs of work performed.Visit upcoming service locations to confirm the Job Site is ready for service.Propose additional services.Report daily about site visits.Perform Quality Ratings from our Clients.Review Job Costing to review margin performance.Assist the Administrative team with details and observations of working conditions.Provide support in rescheduling jobs as priorities come in from clients.Prepare project budgets and schedules.Support and assist sales account managers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.Support the selection of qualified subcontractors and supervise their performance throughout each project.Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions to the Director of Post-Construction for consideration.Represent the company within industry organizations.Review budgets/bids for accuracy and act when required to achieve desired profitability.Effectively manage project budgets.Be passionate about safety and support the organization in preventing issues and supporting best policies and procedures to provide a safe work environment.Schedule and complete walk-throughs with clients.Demonstrate and promote culture, values, and management philosophy.Perform other duties as petencies:Able to deliver exceptional client care – exceeding customer expectations.Strong work ethic.Positive attitude.Able to analyze and solve problems efficiently.Goal-oriented.Exceptional at building and maintaining relationships.Able to use an effective task/time management system and prioritize track outstanding responsibilities.Able to anticipate and prevent issues before they arise.Able to inspire their team to go above and beyond.Excellent writing ability for proposals, plans, and budgets. Ability to succinctly summarize complex issues and communicate with stakeholders.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly require walking or standing for prolonged periods. Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and may involve lifting - up to 50 pounds. You will be working in construction sites where wearing the right PPE (including hard hat, safety shoes, etc.) will be required. Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position, and workdays are mainly Monday through Friday days and/or nights.Required Education and Experience:College degree preferred.3-5 years of relevant job experience in post-construction cleaning or janitorial management preferred.At least 2 years of supervisory experience.Experienced in Project Management.
