Collaborate with design and verification teams and support multi-functional teams such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to proactively design HBM products that optimize manufacturing functions and ensure top performance, power efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction. Design and develop analog & mixed-signal blocks such as LDOs, opamps, reference generators, input/output buffers, control logic, and internal test logic. Participate in new circuit conception and design as needed. Contribute technical expertise to develop innovative solutions. Maintain technical knowledge and provide training. Drive innovation into future memory generations within a dynamic environment.QualificationsEmployer requires a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation as a Principal HBM Design Engineer.
