Global TISAX ManagerSHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE.This position is part of our Connection Systems SegmentPosition SummaryThis role sits within the Global CS Engineering Organization and serves as a central coordination point to standardize best practices across global CS teams, ensuring compliance with TISAX requirements and alignment with customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead TISAX certification efforts across global sitesManage site-specific remediation teams and implementation of TISAX controlsPlan, conduct, and participate in internal/external TISAX assessments with global and local stakeholdersOversee closure of gaps and non-conformities in collaboration with global competency leadersPartner with local teams and Global IT to plan and manage TISAX-related budgetsCoordinate with certification bodies (e.g., TÜV Nord) and manage external consultants and invoicingProvide regular executive updates, identify roadblocks, and facilitate their resolutionRun steering committee meetings and align global efforts with regional TISAX leads to support a unified “One Aptiv” approachEnsure timely, accurate communication with stakeholders including customers, German OEMs, Sales, Engineering, IT, Operations, SCM, and HRQualificationsUniversity degree in Business Informatics or related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience in EDS or CS businessStrong understanding of ISO 27001 and experience with TISAX assessmentsProven project management and development experienceFinancial acumen and familiarity with budget planningExperience working with German OEMs is a strong plusExcellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skillsProactive, analytical, and results-oriented with the ability to work independentlyFluent in EnglishWHY JOIN US?You can grow at Aptiv.
